HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 days of receipt, with an expected delivery time anywhere between 2-4 days working days, and 10 days for international orders.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Worldwide shipment is available on all NUTRATEA blends, with more information on the costs and time of doing so, available here.
Please note there may be circumstances in which the NUTRATEA website may not always be the best way for you to purchase our tea product(s). This is explained further in the International Returns & Exchange Policy section.
HOW DO I CHECK ON AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
In most instances, once your order has been placed you will not be able to make changes to your order. Therefore, if your order has already been despatched from our NUTRATEA warehouse, we kindly ask you to return the item(s) following our returns procedure. For details of this, please read our ‘How to return an item‘ for more information.
If your order has not yet been despatched, we may still be able to; change delivery your address details, add items, remove items, or cancel your order completely. In order to do so, please contact our customer services team for advice at [email protected], between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, with your order details to hand.
HOW DO I BREW A PERFECT CUP OF NUTRATEA?
Boil 200ml of fresh water and place one tea bag of your chosen blend into a mug. Once the water has boiled, add this to your mug, waiting 4-5 minutes to allow the tea to brew. Then when the water has cooled down enough for you to do so – drink!

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP EACH PRODUCT?
The recommended shelf life for each NUTRATEA product is 36 months, although, for the best flavour and effect, we would recommend use within 12 months of the date the box has been opened.
WHERE ARE NUTRATEA PRODUCTS SOURCED/MADE?
All of our NUTRATEA combinations are expertly formulated within the U.K and manufactured by one of Europe’s leading tea houses, carrying ISO 9001 certification. The herbs and spices within each product, being exclusively sourced, from over 20 different countries; including Croatia, Sri Lanka, Japan and Brazil. Allowing us to offer you with stringent quality and ensuring an unparalleled cup of tea that is bright, delicious and bursting with flavour.
DO ALL NUTRATEA BLENDS CONTAIN CAFFEINE?
You will be happy to hear that not all of our products contain caffeine, so please see below to find a list of those that do and those that don’t!
Herbal Tea Infusions: GINGER & GINSENG, TURMERIC & CINNAMON, LEMONGRASS & GINGER, NUTRAURIC, NUTRARELAX, NUTRATHYROID, NUTRARELEASE, NUTRALIVER, NUTRADETOX and NUTRADEFENSE.
Teas Containing Caffeine: NUTRATRIM, NUTRABOOST, NUTRAGLYCEMIA, NUTRAVISION, NUTRAFLOW, NUTRABONE, NUTRALUST, NUTRAJOINT and NUTRALIPID.
ARE NUTRATEA PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
With our prime focus being on achieving the most effective blend to suit our tea(s) function, it is not always possible to source and use organic ingredients within our NUTRATEA products – however, where we can, we will always opt to.
As we grow and expand the range, we are also continuously trying to discover ways in which it would be possible for us too!

IS IT SAFE TO DRINK TEA DURING PREGNANCY AND/OR WHILST BREAST FEEDING?
Generally speaking, most herbal teas are thought to be safe to drink during pregnancy and quite often can help to relieve discomforts e.g. nausea and bloating – as long as they are consumed in moderation. However, we strongly advise you to speak with a GP or midwife if you have any concerns about drinking teas (containing traces of caffeine) or herbal infusions.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS?
If you would like to update your information, please sign in to your account using the ‘LOGIN’ button located on the top right-hand corner of the NUTRATEA website.
Once you have completed this, simply select the “View Addresses” section, found under your country of residence, and scroll down to “edit/delete”, where you will be able to amend your contact details and address.
FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD?
Using the “LOGIN” link at the top right-hand corner of the NUTRATEA website, simply enter the email address you have registered an account with us and select the “forgot your password?” option located above the “sign in button”. An email should then be delivered to your inbox, containing instructions on how to reset your password.
Please ensure to check your spam/junk folder, just in case our emails end up there!
HOW DO I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?
To view your previous orders, please sign in to your account by clicking ‘LOG IN’ on the top right-hand corner of the website. Once you have successfully done so, a record of your previous online orders should be displayed under the heading ‘Order History’.
Should you like to record your order history, it is important that you log into your account at the checkout stage, when completing your transaction, even if you have done so previously!
